Terms & Conditions – Legal Agreement for 444ph Users

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in gaming activities on 444ph. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 444ph reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all gaming activity voided, and account balances forfeited without refund.

1.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you are accessing 444ph from a location where online gaming is lawful under applicable local, state, and national laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 444ph services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 444ph disclaims all liability for users who access our services from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited or restricted.

Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or closures are strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple accounts may result in closure of all related accounts, voiding of gaming activity across all accounts, and forfeiture of all balances without refund or compensation.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

Upon successful account registration, you will select a username and password (collectively, "Login Credentials") that serve as your means of accessing the 444ph platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Login Credentials. You must not share, disclose, or provide your Login Credentials to any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account using your Login Credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity, including but not limited to deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and account modifications.

2.2 Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify 444ph customer support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any security breach, or any use of your Login Credentials by unauthorized parties. Upon receiving such notification, we will take appropriate measures to secure your account, which may include temporarily suspending access pending investigation. You acknowledge that 444ph cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized activity that occurs prior to our receipt of notification regarding suspected unauthorized access.

You are required to maintain accurate and current account information at all times. This includes promptly notifying 444ph of any changes to your email address, residential address, telephone number, or other contact information. Failure to maintain current information may result in delayed communications, inability to verify your identity for withdrawals, or other service interruptions for which 444ph bears no responsibility.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

444ph accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine users, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), credit and debit cards, and over-the-counter payment services. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100), subject to change at our discretion. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from 444ph without express written permission. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of 444ph services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7.3 No Warranty

444ph services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 444ph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services, you agree to first contact 444ph customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

8.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against 444ph.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may close your 444ph account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened, and you will need to register a new account if you wish to use 444ph services in the future, subject to these Terms.

9.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

444ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws or regulations, or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to 444ph, other users, or our business operations. Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new accounts with 444ph.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, you must cease all use of 444ph services. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to promotions or bonuses, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444ph regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of 444ph. We reserve the right to assign these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or your consent.
